Occupational Therapist/ Owner
Tucker Wrights, DrOT
After graduating from school in Philadelphia I spent the first eight years of my career managing clinics in South Florida specializing in neurological and movement disorders. During that time, I treated thousands of individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, MS, stroke, TBI and other neurological conditions, which is where I developed my passion for neuro rehabilitation.
After years in the traditional clinic setting, I founded Dr. MVMNT with a goal of doing things differently—providing specialized, convenient, one-on-one therapy where quality of care and the client experience are equally important. We take the time to understand each person, their goals, and what independence means to them. At Dr. MVMNT, our clients aren’t just another appointment—they’re treated like family.
Outside of work, I enjoy lifting weights, Steelers football, classic cars, exploring new places, spending time with my bulldog Drogo, and always learning something new

Physical Therapy Assistant
Paula Kellman, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant with a genuine dedication to helping people improve their mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. Outside of work, I love staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling, trying new foods, and making memories with family and friends. The gym and the beach are my two favorite forms of therapy—they help me recharge, reset, and stay grounded and grateful. I’m passionate about wellness, personal growth, and simply making the most out of life.

Lead Physical Therapist
Kara Iannuzzi, DPT
With 13 years of experience. I specialize in neurological and balance-related conditions, while also treating a variety of orthopedic conditions. I am passionate about helping my patients improve their mobility, confidence, strength, and independence through individualized, patient-centered care.
I especially enjoy one-on-one treatment because it allows me to truly get to know each patient, understand their unique goals and challenges, and tailor each treatment session to their specific needs. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of helping patients feel supported and successful throughout their rehabilitation journey.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two little boys. We love watching sports together, and I also enjoy staying active and working out.
Therapy Should feel Personal
At Dr. MVMNT, we believe great therapy starts with great therapists.
Our growing team of physical and occupational therapy professionals has been carefully selected not only for clinical expertise, but for character, reliability, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping people.
We don't believe in high-volume therapy where a therapist is managing several patients at once. Our model is built around individualized, one-on-one treatment in the environment that matters most — your home.
